There is a SETUP FEE of $50 – one time fee to get your payroll account setup, enter employee information and any prior payroll totals that need to be entered.
Time card calculation, employee on boarding, After the Fact Calculations and Bookkeeping required to generate complete and accurate data for payroll

- Biweekly (26) Payroll Service – $185 Monthly
- Semimonthly (24) Payroll Service – $185 Monthly
- Monthly (12) Payroll Service – $165 Monthly
- Weekly (52) Payroll Service – $225 Monthly
**Manual Time Card Calculations $65 per hour and Garnishment Checks $3.75/each**
Quarterly Federal and State Payroll Returns –
- 941 Tax form preparation & Alaska State Return $250 per Quarter
- Additional State Returns $50 each
- Placeholder Returns (no activity for full quarter) $50
Annual W3/W2s Filing & 940 Reporting
- Annual W3/W2 package is $25 per W2 form
- State W2s – additional fees apply
Please note! If you have a lot of employee changes, send multiple batches of time cards to process, and we have to void or change payroll a lot, $65 per hour fee for these changes will apply.
