Starting your payroll service is easy! Please download the forms and fill them out. You will need an EIN number for payroll service. We cannot use your social security number. If you need assistance applying for an EIN, please feel free to contact us. We can help you get that setup.

Please download the following forms and fill them out as completely as possible.

• Client Payroll Setup Forms – Click Here for Setup Forms
  • Please fill out the EMPLOYER Form completely.
  • Please fill out the EMPLOYEE Form and attach voided Check Copy (direct deposit)
  • Please fill out the CONTRACTOR Form (if applicable)
    
• W4 Federal Withholding – Click Here for 2026 Form
  
• I9 Employment Verification – Click Here for I9 Form (Expires 05/31/2027)

After the forms are completed, please submit them for processing.
